Community Challenge
Make a positive difference
In 2025 we launched the Club Taree Community Challenge.
In one year alone it has been labelled as ‘industry leading’, and ‘iconic’.
It installed a new way to connect, is already creating a new legacy and is capturing the essence of community connectedness in throughout the Manning Valley.
In our first year we learnt a lot, and we worked hard to build, create and refine a purposeful initiative. but more so we were humbled by the outpouring of support we received from all sectors of our much-loved community, particularly our sponsors.
It is hard to comprehend that a concept built on the back of the end of le Tour de Taree has outgrown what was our biggest legacy. But together we did it.
We are grateful for the support already shown in our commitment to continue the Club Taree Community Challenge beyond its inaugural year, and the excitement this year is already generating continues to warm our hearts and our creative minds.
There is no doubt that last year’s incredible fundraising totals had, and will continue to have a positive impact on our community, and for this we are proud.
We are proud of how together we have proven that there is strength in alignment, and that in its simplest form connection builds community.
We once again have some great opportunities to align with our community through the Club Taree Community Challenge.
This year our supported organisations are Headspace Taree, Can Assist Manning Valley and the Club Taree Community Team (soon to be Foundation).
We are grateful for our returning sponsors, and excited by new possibilities of connection.
